Tell the trust Terry, You didn't put the alarm on because of the three "Killer Dogs" you have. No one in there right mind would dare try and break into your equipment!!! .............and they are louder than a siren! !

Taken at Egin Lake at Saint Anthony Dunes this year! The plate on the rear says OLSCHOOL. Guess that applies. no HP, no travel....... just a great ride for an old man that loves to dune and doesn't have the money to spend on a new long travel big HP rail. But there is good news..........................................I'm retired and can go to the sand any damn time I want to. :mischevious:

White Hills, AZ. -- Lake Mohave Ranchos firefighters are on the scene of a fire at Rosie's Den in White Hills, Arizona. Officials say the fire broke out shortly before 4 a.m. No injuries are reported in this incident and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Rosie's Den is a popular place for Nevadans to buy lottery tickets. The owner says she plans to continue selling the tickets from a portion of the building that was not damaged by the fire.

Thanks to Rocket and his wife "Booster" ( How about that for a screen name ? Sounds appropriate to me!) for this terrific gift. It takes top spot on my "Wall of Fame" in the shop. Sure looks like Dumont to me! Thanks guys!! Had a ball at the retirement party.....:peeps:

Sand Mountain by Fallon ? I haven't been there for over 20 years. An off weekend might be something I would do, let me know Jill ! When? I have nothing new but do have all the bugs out of the rail and can trust it to go for the season if I don't get stupid and wreck it. The Rhino is still a good runner and fun too. I'm good to go for the upcoming season and another trip to St. Anthony in June or July of next year..........If I live that long??????????????????????????????????? Picture on the shore of Egin Lake St. Anthony Dunes. -

I"m in the process of looking for as small decent digital camera. The one I always take is an older larger model and I do want a small one to carry all the time!! The big difference between us "OLD" folks and you young "PUP's" is we don't Pass Out until after the party is over, like you guys !!!!!

I drove to Orange Callif. on Friday to help "Rockets" wife celebrate her personal retirement party, at their house . On the way I met up with Randy VW in Hesperia to give him a copy of our/his run at the Oregon Dunes. We have to find a screen name for Rockets wife! There were 75 people at the house including her famiily from Santa Fe New Mexico and Calif. Catered Taco maker on site and livations galore. The weather was perfect. It was so successfull and enjoyable .I can't count how many times I heard the statement, " You can pick your friends but not your family members" Congratulations Carolyn. Unfortunatelly, "Rocket" got too much sun at the beach on prior day and was hampered by the sun burn on his feet and too many people making suggestions on how to treat it.. I thought we had fun on our dune trips but on Friday night, before we set up on Staurday morning, we enjoyed a "few" cocktails in the back yard and laughed our selves silly. I had a great time before having to return on Sunday. Now we can go on trips without any of us worring about having to be back to work on Monday!! It does't get any better than this! Those folks know how to throw a Party!!!!

I'm resizing my toy haulers kitchen table top and don't really want to cut a long joint with my circular saw. After the cuts I will join the two halves to make the new table. Any one that has a fairly large table saw set up that would be willing to make these cuts for me would really be appreciated. I can see myself springing for lunch or at least an 18 pak if that's your preference in exchange for this favor!!

After months and months of trying to figure out how to get my GoPro MP4 videos to a DVD without spending a fortune I happened onto two programs that do it for FREE. 1st one takes my MP4 videos and automatically burns a DVD in the proper format. It's called Sothink DVD maker free. They make another one that is $35 but I don't mind the begining of the video saying I am using the free version. Not worth $35 to me to upgrade. Just download it to my computer and go for it. In all my experimenting I have some videos that I have attempted to change the format on so now I've found a program that is also free to format them to MP4 and then I can use the Sothing to make the DVD. Same plan, download to computer and then convert it and save it. Perserveriance or just plain stubborness or being "CHEAP" led me to this solution. Hope this helps at least one person.

that's the place Eastern and Sunset. A couple of years ago they would let you load up for 20 bucks, even 40 for a full truck load would be fiar. When I called them to see if they still did that a lady told me no! I could only fill up to the bed top for 40 bucks. As it gets closer to the season I;ll probably call them again to see what's up this year?

If your talking about the place that gave DDR people a deal a couple of years ago they raised the price and only let you load up the bed rails. I use to get it for a full bed load for 20 bucks. Not any more. I guess the economy has hit them too! If it changes let me know as I need another load myself.thanks
