  1. Went to Hugos years ago.; Definately a good service good food place. Lots of atmosphere. and yes it is a romantic place. Back then about $100 for two without wine.
  2. I totally agree. Keep it in the box while moving! I thought about mounting it solid but changed my mind. It stays in the box until I get where I am going! :hungry:
  3. Memphis is OK! Nothing to write home about IMHO. For a big decent meal Claimjumpers is a good deal and lots of good food! (big servings) Wish I knew of a good Thai too. My all time favorites "Tipps" had to shut down two places due to the economy. It was buffet style and the food was incrediable!
  4. If your looking for an inexpensive meal without a lot of selection I understand that dunefreak grills a mean set of truck keys!
  5. Did I miss where it says HD???? I think I read the post Pete put the link too closely. Is there info somewhere else I missed???
  6. Personally I wouuld not mount it unless the brackets are solid and there is a lot more than a stock plastic mounting stand. Not worth the chance of it falling. IF it, (TV itself) will mount solid to studs in the wall It might be done! shakey deal in my mind! Good luck if you decide to do it!
  7. I pulled mine off a stack of about 8 or 10 in Henderson off Marks
  8. If everyone agrees, that has posted, I wil send a link of this thread to corporate headquarters for Ride Now and they can see what we Las Vegas people think of their new store. Any intelligent business people, would respond!!!!! Some times a word, well placed, will improve service and the way they run their business!! I went in there to get some of the plastic (quick screws) connectors for my Rhino and they said they would have to order them. Aren't they a Rhino dealer????????? What do you think? I know. if I were still managing a business. I would love to hear information like this!!!!!! If they respond properly, we both win!
  9. What is pathetic is that in my many years of life I have always heard of instances of political corruption in Chicago. Now it has spread to the state of Illinois. John Daly????? Here in Vegas we had a county commissioner from the Windy City that was as crooked as hell and has been charged with other local politicians and some sent to jail. How do you overcome this kind of reputatiion???? Just heard that Chicago has had 5 people indicted over the years, the home of Al Capone!!! Hope to hell that the big "O" isn't tied up with that group of thugs and crooks!!!!!
  10. I stumbled on a deal at Best Buy today. I got a 19" Flat Screen TV today for only $199. It is a perfect size for my Toy Hauler, not HD but what the hell???? I went in for a small item and caught this special. WOW! The picture is much better than the origional 13" TV I had in there and bigger . I'm a happy camper....duner....Now!!!
  11. This was before the outlawed nitro. I'm sure cars run fast now too. Get them hooked up and they will run!
  12. No, another car went faster a couple of weeks later. I helped him when he ran the sand and for a while. Then he went to the asphalt. He didn't need as much help. Plus I was in the paint business before I retired.
  13. This was the logo on our Pit Crew shirts. National record holder for 100 yds. 2.58 sec. in the sand at 126 MPH. Driver modeled for the picture!!! 4 cylinder, turbo and 40% nitro made it gooooooo!!!
  14. Congrats! Another proud Ford owner. Nice ride!

This is what happens when you get old and don't want to lay on the cold concrete to re-wire a buggy that has all the wiring under the car! :no_no:
  19. See....I told you we're not tthat bright. I believed them!!!
  20. Ford stuff won't melt because they know we aren't that bright!!!!
  21. Good deal DF, you can delete this since we only have to add 3 to existing mumber. But one thing is I'm not "pulling this post"! :no_no:
  22. How about it DDR, put your age group down. Like 20's 30's etc. If you still spend a lot of time at Dumont. I know the ladys don't want to divulge their age too close!
  23. I went down town today and talked tomy guy at Butches and he showed me some Fox shocks that we can put the right spring rate on and it looks like a good combo for the rear. About $700 for both for the rear for reservoir Fox. Looks like what you had! The fronts are a different deal, much harder to get the right combo!
