I thought world motorcycles and world motorcycles were partners at that store, and they just changed the name to Ride Now.

Yeah they almost lost my YFZ sale....I told the GM to get someone to pull it off my truck and get me out of the deal. they wrote up 4 different contracts and all of them tried screwing me in a different way. He tried giving me the whole "well you were a referell and wouldnt have gotten this deal if you werent" speach. I told him that the GM at my store knows the owner of another store and I could probably get a better deal over there but chose world because it was close and worrior07 had gotten a good deal on his rhino. We eventually worked something out, but I'll never by from there again.... Rocky Mountain is awesome, I buy my riding gear from them. I also bought two sets of tires from them this year and both sets got here in three days with their free shipping all mounted up and ready to go! edit: spell check

That is VERY true, but it was also the people that made me not want to ever walk into one of their stores again. Specifically one person in Finance.

Well since everyone is talking shite about Ride Now, and I started this thread, I figured I'd throw up a good experience I just had. Went to the one on boulder near warm springs today after work to pick up a few (5) jets, a manual and a needle. Out of everything I was looking to get they only had 1 jet (go figure after the stories on here) but the parts guy was cool and just gave it to me. Yeah its only 2 bucks but little things like that help out a reputation a lot.

Just cut the top off of a bee......uhh, soda can and fill with gas. stand back and toss it in! not quite as big, but still good times plus much safer and no glass to clean up

Thanks for the tips on other stores everyone Normally I wouldn't go into a ride now store after my buying experience there, but I was given a gift card for christmas and figure free gear is always good no matter where you buy it. I was just dissapointed in their selection, or lack there of at the new place.

I know they sell bikes and quads....I bought my YFZ from a ride now dealer in Henderson. I'm just saying that their parts department and riding gear/accesories sucks. And for having a brand new store that freaking big I figured they would have a little more gear in stock.

Exactly! I order most of my gear from rocky mountain atv anyways and whenever I need parts I just order them up from wherever and have them shipped to work. Best Cycle on 95 and Trop (i think) usually has a pretty damn good selection of gear and what not.

I've heard good things about them and the fact that they're hand built makes me like them even more than the cookie cutter high production pipes out there.

Anyone on have a YFZ450 and running a Thunder Alley pipe? I'm thinking about ordering one up and just wanted to hear others opinions.

I was referred to the Ride Now on boulder in henderson, I think it used to be world powersports. And I bought my quad there, and was there four times in three days and told the GM to get someone to take it off my truck and get me out of the deal untill they finally gave me the price we originally agreed upon and got a 500 gift card from him..... the only reason I went in the new one is because someone gave me a gift card for christmas and I refuse to go to the one on boulder and south of warm springs ever again

I got a $50 dollar fine a couple of years ago for straying a little too far away from camp in my truck. But the Ranger was cool as hell and we ended up bullsh*tting for a while. So I say, as long as you have plenty of spotters and use a flag everywhere else I dont see why there would be a problem. So huck away, and your gonna have to tell me where your going to do this so I can watch too!

Has anyone been to the new Ride Now dealer on Boulder Hwy? I stopped in there today and was rather dissapointed. They had a ton of bikes/quads inside but not a whole lot of gear or parts. The whole place just seemed kinda empty.

so after the last post i decided to set my laptop on the cofee table, which knocked over my beer , While grabbing for my beer I managed to knock my camera into the puddle of spilt beer, sooooo I can now attest to the cameras waterproof abilities now to go get another

Good call Not of the dunes, but an example of the quality. The only thing about the camera I dont like is that it doesnt have a view finder, so on bright days its kinda hard to see the LCD

Hey pete, I just bought an Olympus 790SW which is shock proof up to 5ft, and water proof up to 10ft. I haven't taken it out to the dunes yet or taken many pictures, but i figured since its water proof it'll help keep all the sand and dust out of it. I tried posting a couple pics up that I took with it, but for some reason I can't add attachments.

Thats what we did the last time out. It was an off weekend so no one was there on saturday to pay, but on the way out a couple of rangers were there and we happily paid our 30 bucks. I was talking to one of the rangers and he said that on the big weekends they would probably have people out, but in general they want duners to buy their passes elsewhere.
