you don't think riding in your daily driver is stupid until you wreck it beyond repair.then in hindsight you say to yourself "man,what was I doing!" Also I give my condolences to the young couple and their family that were involved in that accident.We all have to accept that when we go out riding anything can happen-and much of it we cannot control- we take a chance everytime we go out to ride.The risk level is as dangerous as in any other sport or recreational activity.

a couple of weeks ago I got the new big bad zero cd at thier cd release party here in town.I finally had a chance to listen to the whole thing recently while I was driving to dumont. what a bunch of sappy lame music! I could barely finish the darn cd-I caught myself drifting to sleep!What is it with these new popular trendy sappy bands anyway?just wanted to get this off my mind guys.

yo pete- I was out there helping you pick up that trash and I thought it was the worst i've ever seen the dunes as far as the trash pickup was concerned.I also think that people didn't pick up the trash just because the weather wasn't as fun or favorable as they would have liked.Leaving your trash will only hurt the riders that go out there.I also think that those poopd---ks pissed on taomama's ride.If I would have caught those people i would have blasted that liquor bottle over their heads.I would've packed in then packed out their heads!ha!ha! :headbang:

that totally sucks man! :shocked2: I live in the green valley area here in henderson-i will be sure to keep my eyes peeled for that one.you can never be too sure where the bike could have gone.heck-some people are buying cars out and don't even know that they have bought stolen vehicles.one request though-do you have a picture of the bike just so people aren't accusing people with black plastics and green front ends-that setup is not at all rare around where i live.

yo that girl was trippin!she was tellin the story about how she got arrested for DUI :smiley: and she told the cop that she was not going to blow through the breathalizer becuase she could hardly stand and her body couldn't do both at the same time.she also told the cop that she has a kid and works 2 jobs.too bad tacomama wasn't there because that girl was way too funny and totally tryin to get dunefreak back to her apartment and i know tacomama would of had a good laugh with that one!

i guess i will be the first jackass to say that i can't go. i could have gotten those days off but i'm electing to do some studywork for my flight exams coming soon.my sister from the NAVY will be coming down-i just bought her the ticket so she could visit me and i have not seen her in 3 months and she said she misses me so my thanksgiving will be with pretty much my family.everybody take it easy out there and come back safely! this is a picture of my truck getting stuck out there at dumont.what do you want from me man?this trucks setup is for the street with its 2 wheel drive rollin on goodyear eagle gt 2 tires.its made it to comp hill though- it took the whoops like a champ!going back was a problem though.of course i got stuck-superdave got stuck as well in his chevy luv off road setup with paddles.i got pulled out by a chevy and he got pulled out by a ford!!! remember that one gang!

when making the trip from henderson to dumont i like to listen to my live concert cd's such as social d's live at the roxy album followed by jane's addiction's kettlewhistle.by the time those 2 cd's are over with i'm at dumont usually stuck inside my truck but ready to party by the campfire and have a beer!

I forgot to add that one of the girls at work gave me her collection of burned songs from system of a down-new and old songs which i will pop in the player and listen to for a while.too bad she got fired for threatening to kill one of her fellow co-workers.

when i am at work or in my car i like to listen to chevelle's "this type of thinking could do us in" cd first thing in the morning followed by bad religion"stranger than fiction".then i will turn it to x107.5 extreme radio( this station comes out clear even in the dunes!)because i like to hear a lot of stained and trapt.they both get alot of airplay on this station.for the last half of my day at work i will go with my old favorite-social distortion :headbang:i've been to a couple of their concerts and even if i'm having the crappiest day ever at work their music seems to pump me up so i can finish my day off.my boss eats pretzels,is very big and listens to country music so i will put on some hip hop like dmx music so i can piss her big a$$ off just before i leave-yes!!!
