Ok, so im just curious what everyones doing for New Years, for those of us that arent able to make it to Dumont?? Im have a couple different things im thinking of doing, just need to make a decision. Sucks that the fireworks this year are going to be shot off from the ground because of the Monte Carlo fire.

Really really sucks that happened to you guys Tiff. Its a shame the bank cant give you a credit while they investigage. Unfortunately it usually takes them quite some time to get thru all that. Its BS your out the money in the meantime. Thanks for the heads up on using my pin # with debit card, im going to start using it as credit all the time now. Hope things get resolved quickly. Gee thanks for posting those pics jodi. especially the one right after I got knocked on my backside into the snow. She mixed the cocoa with rumplemintz I think? Was pretty good, even though she was stingy and only gave me 1 freaking drink?? WTF, oh yeah, thats right I was driving. It was good times today. Next time we will find a bigger hill hopefully! I think it would be great if another storm came thru right before christmas next week. Be kinda nice to have a white christmas! Havent been out on the roads today, but snow in my neighborhood pretty much gone. Alot of broken trees from the heavy snow. Can only imagine the damage around town.

I went cruising around in the burb up around sunrise mt. crazy looking out over the town from up by the temple and not being able to see the strip. Snow was so heavy coming down couldnt see very far in front of me. Almost like a mist and the edge just dropped off. Love it. Oh yeah, CRAZY making snow angels in shorts. This is awesome. Im definately hitting up mt charleston either tomorrow or saturday!!

its snowing here on the east side, FINALLY!! Yeah. To bad its not sticking over here, yet. If it keeps up, it will stick tonight. That would rock! Definately planning on hitting up mt charleston!

Thanks for posting pics Jodi. I brought my camera and once again didnt take 1 shot. lol But those pics just reminded me what a FANTASTIC weekend it was. I did of course fall down and hurt myself, typical dune trip. lol I did a little duning with the burb, did awesome. Just had an overall wonderful time with great peeps! Thanks everyone for making it such a great thanksgiving weekend. Im thankful to have such wonderful peeps in my life!

While the gas is definately down, everything else is still up. And people are still having very hard times financially. I think attendance at the dunes for thanksgiving will definately be down compared to previous years! It will still be busier than a normal weekend, but nothing compared to the couple years in my opinion

Did you check the batteries on your hauler? I had this problem last season, turned out the batteries just needed to be replaced.
