I totally agree I was living well beyond my means when I was making killer money. Wasnt putting anything away either. Im definately paying for it now. I have looked in all fields trying to find a job and not having much luck. Im not even looking in the mortgage field anything, just to unstable right now. And yes I could go out and get 2 part time jobs paying sh*t wages, but for me, being a single parent, rather my child not suffer me never being around and getting in trouble like I did when I was his age. Its kind of a catch 22 as far as Im concerned right now. It may come down to me having to do that to survive, but im not that desperate yet. Trying to keep my chin up and pray something comes thru.

Yes the worst is to come. The housing market is going to probably keep a steady climb downward for at least the next year. Alot of that is driving the rest of the rest of the economy problems. I do know that the mortgage industry alone has put ALOT of people out of work. upward of hundreds of thousands. also the foreclosure market is thru the roof all over the country right now, and that will get much worse. Nv is the #1 state for foreclosures right now. so I would suggest, save if you can, cause the worst is still down the road. I know I for one wont be at the dunes much next season, if at all. Depends if I can find work.

Im not sure a cruise ship could handle DDR!!! Although I think it would be an awesome idea and FUNNNNNNNN. We wouldnt want to be 86'd off the boat and put in a little life boat for the coast guard!! Id definately be down for that trip if it ever got in the works. and if we had a big enough group we could get a killer discount. I know a travel agent, so if anyones interested. oh yeah, id just need to find a job first.
