the fingers are for riding too. it makes a fun ride back to camp. there shouldnt be any godamn markers on the fingers. everyone should have enough common sense to camp close maybe but not too close.

i thought it was fun as hell to watch. good possibility i may be working that race. the guys i worked the laughlin race with do that one and im hoping i will get the call to do it. also i think they are going to change the track up a little this year. i seem to remember hearing something to that effect.

was just going out to the desert on horizon to test ride this scrambler i put together and got busted by a motorcycle cop. i was just cruising fortunatly. he was pretty cool about and didnt give me a ticket but he said there is a jackass on a rhino running around there that if he catches him he is going straight to jail. so look out kenny. :mc_smiley:

what race course? we just had a snore race up there last month.

noticed the last couple of weeks espn has been having quad racing on there. may have been before, just never noticed. today they had the heavy 4wd quads racing. pretty badass. those guys get some good air with those heavy bastards.

its going to be pretty damn hot for a primm ride sunday. i like kens spring mountain ride idea better. going to be cooler up there.

FYI. did you know that the bunghole was the big hole with a cork in it on the side of the liquor barrels they used back in the day? if you didnt, now you do. whoever reads this will be a little smarter now. or at least a little more educated. now to find a big liquor barrel so i can tap that bunghole. :redhat:

did they make a dirt track for the quads? you couldnt run around the asphalt on a quad. at least i woulnt want to. turning is a b*tch.

if you go to any off road races the 9 cars and some sportsman cars are pretty basic. this champ car class i plan to run in is a budget class set up to be able to use some older race cars that are no longer being raced in the class they used to. naturally for 3 grand the car would have to be gone through to get race ready. but it would have been a good start rather than build from scratch. i have seen plenty of 9 and sportsman cars for sale for 5 grand or less. the line i had on this car fell through. the guys brother apparently took it so im back to my original plan. i have a frame, motor, and suspension to get it rolling. need a trans and all the little stuff to complete. :mc_smiley: hey midnight. i sent you a pm. its alive! my banshee is ready for the dunes again. i got that cool little gizmo from trinity racing to keep the sparks plugs from backing out. thanks again aaron. other than motor parts i have banshee parts off an 87 model im parting out. they are going on ebay soon so if anyone needs something let me know.

ya, i feel out of the loop. i just hope that these kids get their act together and go on their own after steph gets out of school. it would be nice if her dumbshit husband could actually take care of his own family. im doing both right now. money seems to evaporate. i had to leave early last night so someone would be home with the baby so she could pick his dumb a$$ up from work. he dont even have a license. douchbag!

well, we sure missed alot of fun. i think we were there the last 3 or 4 years for memorial day. it was weird staying home. pretty uneventful weekend for us. hopefully things will be back to normal next year. almost have my banshee back together. i hope we can do labor day up there.
