Some videos, we were to busy riding to take anymore this hill was really steep but had a nice cure so you could haul a$$, but just over the other side was a 40 foot razor back. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I got a few pics as well from sunday, we got there around 11:30 just as Mike and Jodi were loading up so we didn't bother to say hi i will get ya some better pics once by buddy gives them to me when he gets back to Minnesota (he was visiting and helping us move this weekend ) The dunes were soooooooooooo hard to read, a lot of drop off razors like 10 to 40 foot drops, comp is whooped to hell all the way up but not huge whoops. there was a nice witch eye at the top so you could stop and not worry about anything rolling down hill. and like Jodi said the sun was a huge factor cause you couldnt see anything until you were right on it, i smacked my junk on the tank because of that These pics and videos are from my old a$$ 3.2 megapixels sony, sorry no pro Pete here

id say get a different truck. i had a 2001 chevy 1500 z71 with the 5.3, intake and exhaust. I towed 3 atvs (one in bed and one on a snowmobile trailer) from MN to OK and it sucked a$$, yeah it did it but any hill it was shifting like crazy and sucking up the gas. Now i sold that for a 2003 Duramax with all the goodies, put those things behind it and it drove like normal. I towed a enclosed trailer 24' loaded and could barley tell it was back there. and then i towed my GF's 03 montecarlo down here from MN on a car hauler and didnt even notice it was there at 75-80mph. like you said its a love hate thing hated the half ton, loved the duramax. trucks are real cheep now days. My GF's brother picked up a 2001 7.3 powerstroke 4x4, extended cab with 125k on it for 4500. If your gonna tow anything like that please get a diesel you will be SOOOOO much happier! BTW i got about 8mpg in the z71 towing. i got 18mpg with the duramax towing the montecarlo down here (2003 duramax, extended cab, short box, 4x4, allison, 6" lift, 35" mud grapplers, 20's KMC's, 4" turbo back exhaust, S&M intake, banks big head(like a jake brake on the turbo) edge attitude/juice controllers on level 1, atv in the bed, alot of crap under and around the atv, the car FILLED with crap, and 3 people and stuff inside the truck. like i said i never felt it back there!

sounds just like back home! lol I wonder if you make it look legal like the ones above if they will give you sh*t? i mean you see the little pocket rockets riding around like were at the damn circus, last one i seen was at trop and paradise.

so i got a plate from MN with tabs on it...how long you think it would take for me to get pulled over on the way to work (Henderson to the hard rock)???? lol I'm only doing this so i don't have to do my "homework"
-
come on now we should never say never. We as a county have gone a long way with what is legal on the roads today. Who would of every thought something like the Spider would ever be legal on the roads...they are. what about this thing....sure its expensive but its legal and looks like a 4 wheeler. I think it can be done we just gotta figure out how. remember "Yes we can" - :B
-
please paint the bumpers....no one likes a rusty bumper
-
yeah thats what i thought.....but whatever. ATV's are legal in South Dakota, Arizona, Montana, and gonna be legal in Oklahoma soon. here are a few street legal ones from here and over seas. the last one is a R1 powered raptor
-
I could make a non locked axle for my 700 and yes they do have street legal tires for atvs. I could make it street legal. For other states
-
Back in MN it was legal for you to ride on fireroads and in some small towns it was also legal on the streets. Has anyone every tired to get atv's street legal in NV? hell my 700 is safer on the street then those canam spiders. :atc: But really i could sell my jeep and just ride my quad to work and stuff. :hatdance: thanks

Your from WI? sweet! did you ever ride in Danbury, WI? those are my favorite trails, they are fast sandy trails that your could just rail on all day and stop at the bar along the way for food and pop(soda) -

back in MN we had to register our atvs and snowmobiles. I still have my LICENSE PLATE on mine right now. The tabs alone were i think 45 bucks every 3 years for atvs, but its worth it because they groomed some of the trails and made more trails. BUT if the DNR caught you speeding (i think it was like 40mph on the trails....we do 5th tapped) and they see your plate your in for it. thats why mine is mounted at an angle by the shock not up at the grabbar where they want it. I cant remember how many times i had to run from the DNR on their Big Bear 400's lol -
Joesph you know to much about the system btw we gotta go riding!
