I watch the show if I'm flipping thru; it's interesting and entertaining. These people getting behind boats like they're sports teams need lives. I know a few people who go up and work the crab boats every year or so, they make INSANE moola! It is of course dangerous and hard work, as you can see on the show. But those that have done it say that so long as you're not a moron you can do it pretty easily. :mc_smiley:

This weekend is the begining of my 2 week vacation I kick it off Friday afternoon by doing shots as soon as walk in the front door. Then a surprise b-day party at an old friends house. Saturday Pete and I get dolled up again for a formal (the Prez looks great in a tux!). Sunday perhaps we'll finish the backyard Monday, not a DAMN thing

Just a reminder folks, there are at least a hundered people driving around w/ DDR stickers that we have never met or spoken with. People buy them off the internet or randomly come up to us at the dunes. Wired for Sound shouldn't be expected to baby sit every single sticker holder. I dred the day DDR gets sh*t due to the actions of one member; and yes, it's likely to already have happened as I have heard some negative things about us as a group. Dumping ANYTHING is wrong. Black, grey, or old milk. Water is never just water, and it's never safe to dump it anywhere other than a designated area. The dunes are also not just sand, even grey H20 can have a negative effect. So new DDR mission, keep an eye out and a camera ready for these poo-monkies

The extended open bar, having all of us up to the bridal suite, letting us be the a-holes we are, and most of all, letting us share your special day. It sounds like you mean to ask if they have gotten to know them enough to like/dis-like them. Really it's first impression that matters. The girls could have looked over in that golfcart and not seen one attractive boy, or the boys could have said something stupid, or they could have smelled.... Example: Early evening @ a bar. I am being hit on and the guy was actually pretty nice. Unfotunatly he had a do-rag, gym shorts, and flip flops on. And a GIANT gold chain. No sale. There have been lots of times when I didn't like someone right off the bat; then I got to know them and I learned to appreciate (well, tolerate) them. Inevitably that person says or does something so rediculous that I knew my 1st impression was right! It's probably a good thing these young ladies had a faster golfcart!

I was all about this until I realized.... If the enforcment has to rely on ticket fees their going to crack down on EVERYTHING. It will be like when you see 5 cop cars pulled over w/ one vehicle w/ no passengers; too much heat on the small stuff. Of course, breaking rules is breaking rules.
