Todays weather was epic! I dont think it could have been any better. The boys had a blast and thats what matters right? How about a wonderful to our new president? We picked this lil toy up last month and have put about 1100 rounds through it. This past weekend I got my new toy assembled. The wife really enjoys shooting it more than the Glock She actually emptied the box on the right this past weekend all by herself! One last one of the wife playing with a friends AR. Anyone else buying up any new toys before our new president tries to take them away?

I spoke with last night and told him I have no problems spending 4 hours(or more...) working a booth to help out. So make sure you add me to your list. I wont be out until late friday night so I'll have to have that old fart fill me in on what I need to do.

Old vehicles... 1968 VW bug 200k+ (3 motors, 2 trannys and way more parts to even begin to count) 1987 Chevy K10 shortbox 200k 1988 toyota 4x4 40k to 185k (clutch) 1990 toyota 4runner 4x4 20k to 200k (head gaskets and timing belt) 1995 dodge ram 4x4 5.9 gasser 9k to 200k (biggest pos I owned) (2 trannys, 1 rear axle, 1 front axle, countless brake jobs, & front end parts) 1999 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 80k to 165k (just sold) (intake gasket) Just got an 05 GMC D-Max w/ 90k..... I'll stick to chevy..... I know I am missing about 4-5 more vehicles. All my vehicles were sold before they turned into money pits.... or upgrades to something nicer..

What about the egt probe in the exhaust? I cant leave a hole there but will they have an issue with that? Do you think your tranny guy will have an issue with it? If you think they will have a problem with it I may bring it back to St.George as he is friends with the service dept. I'd rather have you guys do the work tho. Yea I deleted the wrong folder on my web site and never uploaded the pics back. One of these days I'll fix it. But right now I am in Ct fixing everyone elses pc's. Hopefully when I get back I can get some of those things fixed :shocked2:

I have the Edge so it is all loaded in the unit. Its not like the others where it swaps the image in the PCM. I was more worried that there may be an issue with the service manager/warranty Co. The tranny kit I am getting has everything from the TC to full rebuild kit (clutches, seals, etc) So you guys should make out if the warranty co pays for all the parts that you wont need to purchase. Unless your tranny guy or even you wants to keep it all for yourselves. Have you heard of any issues w/ flywheels cracking or coming apart on them? My buddy here in Connecticut had his flywheel come apart and the TC went through the tranny. (violently) and the warranty only covered the flywheel and he had to eat the new tranny.

So Pete..... should I remove my programmer before I bring the truck in? I hope to make an appointment in a week or two. How long do you think they will need it? I have a small list of items
