I agree Poto would have won, but watching him ride reminded me of when he has lost confidence in the past, Roczen was matching his speed while Reed and Stewart were gaining, he is far from dominate at the moment but that could change quickly. Stewart was once again quickest from my view but i have given up hope of him ever maturing. Great to see Reed up there, don't know what they showed on TV yet but it was cool to see him lead his kid around the outskirts of the track before the race. Looked like a dad and son just cruising around the dez.

Some great racing tonight and even better fights on the way out...... Poto didn't seem to have the speed necessary to dominate, should be a good year for sure
-
Not a fan but Stewart looked pretty good in Vegas. Wish Reed would show the speed he had before the last knee injury. Also, would like to see Canard stay uninjured long enough to get into shape..

New Years Weekend BLM being very strict!

We were approached by an LEO at El Mirage, it was to request to take pictures of the kids wearing proper gear to use in a handout. Only time I've seen a ranger out there other than where you pay on the way in. Side note: we don't go either place on a holiday weekend so I VERY rarely see LEO at either place which in itself suggests they are after a the higher profit margin of a larger crowd. -
Ya, my KTM loyalty might have Dungey and Roczen sitting a spot higher than I might have otherwise picked
-
Can't wait for A1 tomorrow, What are your picks for this year? I just hope someone will give Villopoto a run for his money. Heres mine. Villopoto Dungey Stewart Roczen Barcia Millsaps is injured or he'd be in there somewhere....

Thanks for the heads up, that seems to be the area most thefts occur out there. Glad it all worked out for your dad.

Vegas Style, you are out there more than anyone I know, If you were concerned by the LEO's, that is saying something. I personally will not ever let anyone in my RV or home for that matter without probable cause and / or a warrant. Nothing to hide, it's the principle of the matter... Don't know how they can detain someone to let the dogs search around without probable cause?.?... -
Been down that road many times, that's nuts!

Next time simply put forth the effort to purchase the required pass (I know it is tempting to try to do without the expense when leaving on a Sat), this will eliminate their probable cause to stop you on the way out. Problem solved. We spend a fair amount of time in Dumont as well as Glamis, yes I've been stopped, admittedly never without cause. The days of free access and being able to comfortably run around without proper registration are over. When people are being charged, they expect something in return, such as more security and reduction in crime (no registration = possible theft). I don't think its personal, the guys out there are not setting protocol. -
We used to go out the week after Christmas as well, running around and prepping cut into hanging with family and friends so we stopped doing it. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well

rugged radios has specials all the time and are very helpful, rails, side by sides and my quads in our camp are all set up though the quad set-ups don't get used much.

No worries whatsoever, could have been from 3 cars up, My cars leading edge was seasoned each ride this weekend I'm actually changing rear paddles due to complaints of the extremes picking up too much sand, want something that slides a little better and bites a little less, Good to meet you.

Great trip, no carnage in our camp other than Dougs power steering rack seal and a chip in my windshield following Tim too close through the flats. Nice to put some more faces to board names and see some familiar ones for sure Pete, great lines as always and thanks for organizing Joe, Love seeing xp's wheelie, gives me hope for mine (now I just need a fatter wallet) Jordan, most enthusiastic award for sure, very refreshing to see Lindsay, Great job leading buggy ride on Sat Lou, great guy, and resources for days, kudos for passing along to Lindsay, VERY impressed with that young lady, inspired me to spend more time with my daughter in the drivers seat of the rail. Anna, always great to see you, the falling star / fish parallel was hilarious Elf, wouldn't even touch you while wearing a HazMat suit

Tech 3 sandcar I had this car built for me 100% turn key from Tech 3 Motorsports in 2009 (from previous owner). I'm the original owner and the car has been used VERY LITTLE. I only average 2 trips per year. Once you see the car in person you will see how little it has been used. It has the following components: 3.7 (J37a1) Honda from Vtec Performance Turbo package from Carl at Vtec Performance with Tial waste gate and Turbonetics BOV Mendeola (md4s-2d) from Marks Sand Trans Fox double shock bypass package in rear and air/coil combo in front Charlyn power steering with heavy duty Gear One rack and pinion CNC pedals CNC dual handle turning brake Jet trim extra wide seats Race Pak gauge cluster PCI radio/intercom and car to car with iPod hook up Heavy duty trailing arms and not the standard 5 link Sand blaster 33-15 on bead locks 8.50-15 razorbacks on bead locks Odyssey battery PBS cable shifter Hi torque starter Dirt bags custom bags Tribal whips 30" led light bar Wing trunk for storage I have been running 6 psi on 100% race gas. Stock internals on motor and running stock ECU. Runs absolutely perfect. The side panels and wing are wrapped, so if you don't like the design you can simply remove it. The panels are also lined with vinyl. Car measures 93" outside paddle to outside paddle and fits in my trailer with the paddles on. I'm asking $29,900 Feeler , I bought car and out twice, runs/dunes fantastic!!!!!!.......will take 27k "firm" 909 912 2739 text Mike Planning a 2 week trip between xmas -new years so wont sell during that time....before 22nd or after new years please: )
