I acheived this effect, BY ACCIDENT, on my rig with duall 8" straight pipe exhuast. I had tore the modified tin can I called a muffler out from underneath on a off road construction site job, and when I replaced it, I installed the thing backwards. It had a perforated internal cone it it, and holy crap, did it whistle ! I went to work the next day, unknowing the issue, and all day long, whenever the turbo would spool up, it whistled like a screaming banshee... I did fix it that evening, though. No more woot wooot for me. NoWhaImSayin!!!

YIAH I'm hoping to make a day trip up for it, but I won't know if work will cooperate until the last minute.

I'd take you up on that, but I need another sponsor to buy me a 70, seeing as how how I missed the boat again this year...the wifey says NO MORE TOYS! :no_no:

Great job to all who were involved. WOW! I don't know how I would react in a situation like that, but you obviously kept a level head and in the end, saved a life After a tragedy like this, I think all of us can be more careful...and full of care when it comes to seeing our fellow duners. Our group always checks on anybody we see stopped, usually for mechanical reasons, but as I've read, for medical emergencies as well! Adrenaline and competiveness have their place tearing up the dunes, but compassion towards each other will be remembered Great job again, and prayers for a speedy recovery, and for the difficulties suffered by the families involved

It's definetly a lil intimidating...quite a bit I'm gonna have to learn about...but very excited. I want to figure out and understand how to "blur" the back ground, while freezing my target(like sand drag pics). All I've done so far is point and click...still haven't read the manual or shooting guide. Here's a couple I've taken: All I've tried is the preset settings, but please: make suggestions: I want to learn -
Great thread. Positivity We had a great year, FULL of trials, but we're are very blessed. My wife just cased it on her quad, this week at the dunes. She is sore, but nothing is broke I was able to repaint my rail this year. We had a fantastic Christmas. After almost losing him a little over a year ago, we have enjoyed watching our son grow, and play, full of life, full of personality. Work has slowed down considerably, but this allowed me to be home with my wife when she delivered our twin girls this October. They are healthy and growing, and "starting" to sleep through the night . Our year has been a great one!

That was great. Already forwarded the link to most of my contacts. I wish everyone here, taking this country for granted, could and would understand what was given to make this country so great! I appreciate the account of the men in the boats praying for that flag, and this country...something we should still be doing! Thanks for posting!

Sounds like a gummed up main jet. Maybe try pulling the carb apart and cleaning all the little holes, jets, etc. real good with carb cleaner. Sounds just like my quad after letting it sit too long. -
that'd be 144 gallons in my ol' bus...each way At $3.40 gal, my round trip would be $979 just in diesel Oh well, hopefully, someday, I'll get up there

The center bolt in the stack of leafs will hold them all together, assuming it's there and intact. Eitherway, watch your finners when you crank the u-bolts off. You'll probably laugh at how easy it was, once you get into it.
