one could also just loosen the bolts after each trip and drain the little bit of gas out so it will be dry. could also lube . i may find a way to put a little spigot on the aluminum plate and drain with that. sounds like too much work but nothing like having no fuel when arrive at dunes etc. i shouldnt complain since the th is a 2007 and this if first time. loosing the bolts made it work again but i also took out and sanded down the sides. it really works better than before i think, pump seems faster.

ok, without getting to technical and crazy, what can be done with 2008 dodge 6.7 to improve the gas mileage and be smog legal and not break the bank. ball park figure on cost. was told was a waste of time unless bypass emissions and then big $$. thanks

Water tank in th is leaking again at the fitting that is welded on. the seam has pulled away just enough to leak water. anyway, anyone in vegas that can fix these or reweld the fitting? or is there any type of jb weld type stuff that might fit into the gap and not leak? thanks

you can get a title with the correct paperwork. get the vin first, get bill of sale or old title and apply for nevada title. its up to dmv whether they give you a nev title.

"Nevada is a non title state". Not a true statement. July 1, 2013 all that changes and titles will be mandatory. You can also get a Nevada title now if you have the correct paperwork. I got my registrations and now I will work on Nevada titles.

and dont forget amargosa is usually 5-10 degrees cooler than dumont. we like to go there early and late season when dumont too hot.

nevada has the tonopah dunes and sand mt east of fallon. sand mt can be a zoo when the hill climbs r there etc. cant even find a parking area when busy. giant hill climb like sand mt in utah. long and steep and u better be jetted right if you have a 2 stroke dragster etc.

the cal sticker is only good in utah if you are a california resident. a nevada resident that uses a california sticker in utah is not valid and they will and can make you buy a utah sticker anyway. been there, done that. thats why i, for one, am really happy about nevada finally doing stickers.
