here is my "quick" bar tab story when i left Germany in 1996 headin back to the great ol united states. My best friend and I (Steve) flew from germany to NY, to Dallas to LA....44 hours of flight..now prior to this we had started drinking for our going away party....3 days prior....good for the liver. now drinking on the flight...atleast 30 hours we were cut off after steve had finished ALL the tiny bottles of rum...and i finished ALL the tiny bottles of Vodka....good for the liver.... so far...all free drinks, from our old unit, and from Lufstansa Airlines... we leave my house afer 2 days in Mexico and 5 days recovering on my moms couch from alcohol poisoning...NICE we start driving to FT Benning GA...from Yuma AZ...it took us 30 full days. Yes 30 days to drive that far.... Phoenix bar tab......300.00 El Paso...................65.00 Dallas....................250.00 ish somewhere in AK....150.00 ish New Orleans...........1500.00......in 3 days Montgomery...........500.00 ish now your thinking wow 1500.00.....and whats with the 65.00 tab? Well Steve and I met a couple of cute girls, one of them happened to own the bar that we were drinking in, we were only to stay one night in El Paso.....eh...not so much....5 days later, Steve and I drank about 2000.00 in drinks.....she wouldnt let us pay for anything....the one night that we all went out to a different bar, we bought the first round and she felt like going home....what a deal 2000.00 in 5 days, and it only cost me 65.00...and i think steve got the better end of the deal, he got to sleep with the owner....so steve where ever you are...thanks for taking one for the team, and letting me drink for free!!!!! instructions on how to jump: gain enough speed (seemed to have gotten that) with proper vehicle (not sure a Pep Boys quad Counts) attain the proper distance (got that for the vehicle that he is using) when landing apply proper speed to continue with initial course.....(ehhh not so much)

Well iam in class right now. Bored to tears. Iam on my sidekick. So at least I have internet on here. So far this place sucks. Not a decent sand dune for hundreds of miles, I have experienced a tornado in the last 24 hours. No one here knows what a sandrail is. Luckly I brought my sand vids with me. I can't stand the wisconson accent "don't ya know". The breathing of peanut butter sucks. But apparently the do have a fest here this weekend....ooooo its called the "butter fest" what fun. Going to the mall of america on sat, and the brewers game on sunday. More to post later.

well got 2 hours of sleep and got up to do some good ol fashion Army PT, eat some chow, and off to class....ahh what a life...iam so friggin tired, iam getting out of class at 4pm, and going to bed till tomorrow some time...... iam over it

it is 2:30 am, just arrived in FT McCoy, the humidity is great!...its like breathing Peanut Butter, well iam beat, going to bed, ill chat with you all later!

well i get to escape the heat for a while, i have to go to wisconson for 2 weeks for the army and then i get back on the 15th and then i leave again for another 2 weeks to train some ROTC cadets in washington. so lucky me 70 degree weather and some PT (Physcial Training) for a month, I need a break anyway. Ill post some pics as i get to, not sure about theinternet connection and availability. Cole
