What exactly is it doing? is the motor working and its bound up or is there no motor powering it??

I would still get some gauges hung on it & make sure you didnt loose any oil along with the freon

Its a fuel control managment system Or as alot of people say a chip..it helps adjust the fuel injection especially after changing the exhaust to aftermarket.."I think I said that right"
