we had a great time..the weather was awesome and wind wasnt bad at all. sun was bright and warm at times. i went with my girlfriend and my 3 dogs. We stayed way passed bath #8 towards the left side..we were the only ones towards that end. i rode towards the main road and saw some DDR THs but no one around. i was going to stop by and say hi. It sucked riding by myself..i shouldve gotten in on your group rides.

dude those idiots got what they deserved..i hate litterbugs especially at dumont...pisses me off just thinkin about what they did.

yeah atleast in back of my bed i can see them..in the TH i wont be able to see them at all...that makes me nervous

i know alot of you guys take your dogs right in your truck/TV but anyone transport their dogs in their crates inside the TH? i just got a new dog and now we have 3. I used to put the crates in the back of my truck bed but with 3 crates it takes up alot of room.

yeah we heard about that from one of the vendors last week when we were there over spring break, but using recycled pieces of old asphalt, the vendor didn't seem to think that that was a good idea but hey, actually after that road last week, anything would be better than what's there now...will be interesting to see how well it all works and if it stays together. we are sure they all "know what they are doing"--good to see our $$$ being put to use.

Dont know if this has been posted yet but just a heads up for the weekend of 21st and 22nd. The Baker to Vegas relay race is that weekend so there will be runners and slow vehicles on the 127 from Baker all the way to Vegas..expect major delays. So just wanted to let everyone know so that if you are planning to head out there that weekend that you will probably want to leave earlier, take an alternate route, or whatever you need to do also side note, the road into dumont is really horrible, very rough, :mc_smiley: so also be prepared for some rough riding on the way in...

man sounds like u guys had a blast...well i made it there early sun morning about 9am. met up with my group and set everything up...i went for a ride lookin for the DDR camp but couldnt find it..i guess i didnt try hard enough..anyways i wanted to meet the DDR group but i guess i have to wait til next trip. i had a blast non the less. great weather and great riding..seemed like it was more crowded last yr Prez weekend. I stayed til today(weds) and just got home..glad i wasnt sittin in traffic.
