    glad you guys all had a good time. we were out there the weak before hard to break tires loose in sand. I found out that ultimate traction = un exposed weakness in sand cars but once fixed your cars should be bullet proof in regular conditions. good luck

    just got back from a great weekend at Dumont. just wanted to report on dune conditions. ultimate traction, sand clumpy and hard as rock. with this traction better get in a rythem on tightening cv bolts every run. real tore up from last week but found some good stuff in route to northpole, have fun guys.

    very sad for those involved and for those that witnessed it. bottom line you have to respect the dunes, and your capabilities. I sound like a broken record when newbies are along, I always tell them to surf the dunes never ever go straight up and over. when your going up hill and you know your not going to make it, pitch it around before you get stuck. and I never take a newbie into the steep dunes. I know we all know these technics, but hopefully someone that does not will read my post

    very nice, I will have to call santa up. what was the exact model # I see all different types, the one with the lcd screen on remote looks pretty cool, a little pricy but bitchen. last question the one hovering over comp hill last weekend was all lit up at night, is this option on your quad copter. my fingers are itching to pull the trigger on ebay, thanks
