Trying to work on getting out that weekend, things are up in the air....SF Woody

Just to 75, probably set it at 70 tonight though. 68-75 is a good temp range. Gotta kinda get used to it, it was just 110 last week, I dont like wearing alot of clothing.... But it's great for the dunes... :beer_bang:

Yep, I broke down last night and turned on the heat in the house, Just to 75 though. This weather is great, but getting up to shower when it's 51d out just isn't working. Weather is looking good for the dunes, I'm ready to get out there.....SF Woody :beer_bang:

Had a great time hanging down there over the weekend with good friends, looking forward to the season kickoff. This by far was my favorite car, dont think I have to say why....SF Woody Here ya go Jim.....

Weather is acutually nice in the evenings and mornings here now, I was chilly the last couple days when I woke up, I'm ready for it to cool down a notch though....SF Woody

The M4 is a very nice little weapon, does what needs to be done, the military is going that route now, we've been putting them to the test now and they hold up really well, can't get to more abused and used by someone else, also one of the things we discussed when I was in Va....SF Woody

That's alot of money to be putting up a fence we don't really need. Education is one tool, with more markers around all the area's out of bounds and that map to pass out when people enter as well, with the OOB area's clearly marked. Most go to enjoy the dunes and we know, if they just don't care, there not going to abide by any rules and do whatever they want. If caught, they need some stiff fines, impound the vehicle's there riding at the time. Maybe if this happens a little more, the word will get out alot quicker on what not to do. But overall, if this fails then there's no choice but the fence and I would go along with that to save what we have.....SF Woody :Danielle:

Damn, Looks like you all had a good time, wish I coulda made that trip, had to get on a plane and head out here to Quantico, we'll need to schedule another one sometime, maybe I won't have to leave last minute again. So far I've seen about 20 deer and 3 groundhogs, yesterday evening.... Great pics....SF Woody

I would, but I'm running a rifle range this week, and then taking off for Quantico next weekend for a week. Maybe the week after I get back, but that might be the SSSS, I'll have to look at that...SF Woody

Had a blast out there like any other time, also got to meet up with some new peeps. Just glad I could help out some there, I've had some of the same stuff happen to me and the good peeps of DDR helped out and kept me around for the weekend. Got a few pics, most of the same things as were posted. Seen you all parked getting in that power nap, I honked a couple times, as I was thinking I've done the same thing. Update: One week into the vacation. Things have been pretty good, the 1st couple days got in a little fishing but it rained most of the time. Cleared up, temps have been in the lower 90's and of course the humidity is up there, really doesn't bother me to much though. Drove up to the lake and spent a couple days with my buddies, had a good time with alot of . Back to wading the river tomorrow, small mouth are hitting pretty good. The scenery is great, the slow country way is coming back to me some now. I'll be able to post up some pics when I get back, I'll be ready for the ride on the 11th...SF Woody
