high octane junkie

weekend turned out bueno. rhino made it up comp hill. my shee (blown reeds and all) got beat by one similar bike. the chick's shee doesn't have enough paddle for the new carbs.. quick fix next time. my buddy didn't wreck the 700 raptor i loaned 'im for the weekend. ate swell. rode swell. raptoroy rocks the suburu as usual. nothing broke. no run-ins with the rangers. had enough gas & water. see you effers next sunday.

jeep jamboree. watch the jeep hillclimb and stuff. fun times.

i dvr the race as well and usually listen to it on the satellite radio while i'm out there and watch the goodies when i get home and actually have a chance to, but i kinda wanna watch it this year yayee yay! i don't ride much on president's day weekend. i like to watch the jeeps do their thing, and chase the helicopter around.

is anyone gonna be watchin' the race on sunday? i don't have a dish on my hauler yet, and i'd like to watch the race. invite me please. (i'm caucasian and i don't stink, heh). thanks. holler.

hey eric.. are you bringing the rolling disco to the dunes this weekend? i can't wait to see it with the supercharger on it. i'll be camped at the usual spot.

my motor has to run on 108+, my gf's motor has to run on 100+. to make things easy, i run 'em both on 111 octane fuel, from the rebel warehouse at sahara/i-15. it's cheap and easy. i run all the four strokes on 91 octane from 76 or chevron. or mobile. or shell. anything but citgo. there. heh.

the ddr camp i was referring to, pete, is the one with the big fruity rainbow balloon that everyone outside of ddr.com thinks is the gay pride camp heh! =P nener nener nener. no matter. it appears that the hog heaven is the hip spot. i can grab a beef before we go. =)~

i've always called it the first finger, but if it's actually the second finger i'll fix it. i'm backwards sometimes. i have a 25' sierra sport toyhauler (red/black graphics) and a dark grey -cough-f350-cough- (sorry, but i had to settle for second best.. chevy wasn't offering 0%) so if you pass by our camp, stop by and say hi. roy (raptoroy) is usually there as well.

no, we're usually camped in front of the first finger, almost across from the entrance to comp. hill. right on the other side of the finger where the mcflurry camp is usually. someone from our camp, tarek, has roy's old cargo trailer with a "got power house" sticker on it. that's how i usually find camp, heh. our rhino has silver plastic body, and my banshee has blue fulbore plastic body w/ baby blue powdercoat frame. my gf's banshee has silver fullbore plastic body w/ baby pink powdercoat frame. i didn't run into any ddr guys out there, but i was either at camp or watching the banshee wars most of the time. we didn't do any dune riding this trip. i'm gonna start bringin' my raptor out too, so i can go on some dune rides. after reading the previous posts, the ddr camp reminds me of the mcflurry camp. if both camps ever combined.. i can't come up with words that would describe the chaos.

i had a decent weekend i s'pose. i got mopped in banshee wars, but it was fun. towing my banshee back to camp with the rhino, i ran across a bigass rut in the sand leftover from a truck that had gotten stuck trying to head over to the hills.. flipped my banshee into the tailgate of the rhino. minor damage to both vehicles but nothing major. can't wait for halloween.

i can't head out 'til friday evenin'.
