Has Solar Panel with battery charger, new batteries, two new tires and two that are close to being replaced, Two A/C's, 50 amp service, dual electric queen bunk in the rear and one queen bunk in the front along with a dinette that converts to a full bed, Onan 5500 generator been serviced regularly runs with no problems and has a fuel shut off switch so when you store it you can run it out of fuel, independant motors on both front landing legs and metal gears, on board compressor, Black and white checkered awning, ceiling fan, power roof vent with fan in main area and an outside shower. It will fit a 4 seat rzr and a full size quad. I removed the graphics from the side and rear of the trailer because we use it as screen with a projector. Roof is in good shape no leaks.
