We are selling our 2004 National RV Rage'N 2427T (also known as a Ragen SS2400) Toyhauler. This is the sought after "side sleeper" model. The front queen bed and the bathroom are side by side which opens up the floorplan. Toy Hauler is in excellent condition and with superb build quality. National RV is the same company that made Top of the Line Motorcoaches. This Toy Hauler has shock absorbers to smooth the ride while towed. I towed this with my 2007 Toyota Tundra without any problems. Sleeps up to 6 Adults. This trailer is SUPER CLEAN and in GREAT condition. EVERYTHING WORKS!! Just to note, we removed the dinette bench seats and replaced with ottoman seats to open up the trailer living space a little more. The dinette can be put back in place with 12 screws and 15 minutes. Most new toy haulers don't have the dinette as they close off the space in the trailer. They add captain chairs. We decided to use storage stools to store our shoes and blankets to keep them out of the way. If you decide you would like the dinette back in place, I will put it in. 2007 Weekend Warrior SLC3505 36' 5th wheel toy hauler, Billet Edition (upgraded stereo, outside speakers, grey leather and grey cabinets), with bedroom slideout. Excellent condition, meticulously maintained (honestly). Onan 5500kw gas generator with 20 gallon fuel tank, fuel pump station with 40 gallon tank, 3 propane tanks, 150 gallon fresh water tank, front landing gear upgraded to dual motors vs single, rear scissor stabilizer jacks, tires in great condition, spare tire with carrier. New 10 gallon propane water heater with direct start ignition, new converter/charger, new bedroom slide motor. Interior has two chairs with bay windows instead of dinette, two drop down queen beds in the rear, "oversized" corner shower with glass enclosure and skylight. Entire coach has been well maintained. 31' 5th wheel in good condition. Has Solar Panel with battery charger, new batteries, two new tires and two that are close to being replaced, Two A/C's, 50 amp service, dual electric queen bunk in the rear and one queen bunk in the front along with a dinette that converts to a full bed, Onan 5500 generator been serviced regularly runs with no problems and has a fuel shut off switch so when you store it you can run it out of fuel, independant motors on both front landing legs and metal gears, on board compressor, Black and white checkered awning, ceiling fan, power roof vent with fan in main area and an outside shower. It will fit a 4 seat rzr and a full size quad. I removed the graphics from the side and rear of the trailer because we use it as screen with a projector. Roof is in good shape no leaks.
