what's up guys and girls , i got my wife a 06 raptor 350 but now she want to go up comp, should i get a pipe or i was thinking i should get her a yfz 450 stock.......but she's a rookie rider...thanks.

A raptor 350 SHOULD be able to make it up comp... but if she has the need for speed the new 450's are nice..

I would think a piped 350 would do fine depending on the size of your wife..

my personal opinion is.....

for a raptor 350 to remotley compete, here is what I would do.

Pipe...............................................................400.00

Cams.............................................................400.00

a minus 2 flywheel...........................................200.00

re gear the sprockets.......................................100.00

and if you want add an I CAT spark enhancer.....100.00

now take into account, if your bike is paid for, what loos your take on it, if you sell it to get the YFZ, and you being a man and all will want to upgrade the YFZ with all the above as well....

btw, those are just rough estimates on parts at retail value.
