cruddymutt
I just picked up a nice digital camera that takes video and a cheapy helmet cam that I have heard might be a POS . What programs do you guys use to edit video. I have never done it before.
EY3BA11
Windows Movie maker is great for a beginner... Pinacle is stepping up... And Adobe Premier is at the top of the list... My suggestion is just start small w/ windows movie maker
dunefreak
Yup, Windows Movie Maker. It's extremely easy to use and has some cool features to throw clips together and add music and subtitiles, etc. A far as stepping it up after Movie Maker, I'd have to ask thumper (my buddy Steve) what program he uses. The movies he makes are badass.
80grit
I like the Avid product myself. They have a beginner package for free. http://www.avid.com/freedv/
