Tmoney
i got a 2000 yz 125 and i was wondering what paddle and rim would be best for dumont?
dunefreak
I've never ran a 125 in the dunes, but my YZ250 worked perfect with an 8 cup Kings Turbo Paddle. They hold up great and work the best from my experience on 2 wheelers. They have durable scoops/ cups and they also have these extra little fins or lines in the tire to help the rear end from swapping. So I'm guessing a 6 cup would be best for a 125. Here is a link for one. I've used this online store a couple times and they have the best prices and pretty quick shipping. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/2/29/388/5067/ITEM/Kings-KT-977-Turbo-Paddle-Rear-Tire.aspx?SiteID=CSE_Gbase_5067&WT.mc_ID=80003&zmam=88421133&zmas=1&zmac=45&zmap=5067
andydew
A buddy ran a 125 a while back....5 or 6 paddle...not sure, but I remember he tried the 8...no bueno; The 125 doesn't have the power for that much traction. 6 should work fine, just keep the rpm's up there
