mineurbiz
Replaced both pilot and main jets? I have to spray the heck out of mine the first time I went to clean it, probably took 3 cleanings, spraying every little hole and crack out!! I also had air leaks, I pulled the intake manifold off and had to replace the gasket and some have seen splits in the intake boot. mineurbiz
If you haven't already, I would check the jets again, so much old gunk in those carbs, they might become clogged or check for air leaks. Are you still using the stock air filter also?
Jakster884
I bought a new carb $28.00 from:http://dratv.stores.yahoo.net/ DRATV. It was from Japan so it should be a good one no China crap. Finally put it on and no more leaking bowl.

Jakster884
Was that the 20MM one you bought? Yes it was. It was not the stock but for the 88Kit I have. I was supprised it came from Japan. I noticed the Stock carb is $50.00 or even $125.

Jakster884
Will the 20 mm carb work with the stock motor? This I am not sure of. I would give them a call to see if it will. Hopefully someone on the board can chime in. Help a brotha out please.
dunefreak
I want to say a 20mm is a bit too big for stock. You can just measure the original one and see if DRATV sells one that size.
JVZ
I put a 20mm on my stock motor with a cobra exhaust and it runs good. I had to mess with it awhile and tune it get it running good, but it runs well for a stock motor.

EY3BA11
Stock carb is 16mm im sure you could put a 20mm on it and just have to jet the crap out of it to get it to run right. dratv shows they have the 16mm's in stock for 50 bucks.
