EY3BA11 Posted September 27, 2006 Share Posted September 27, 2006 My dad used to work for Frontier Engineering which was later bought out by lockheed martin.. he was in charge of the local bombing range back home... They had FULL SIZE remote control buggys... i mean we are talking Chenoweth midtravel 2 seat frames that were built up w/ all the remote control goodies to be able to control it from the tower over 1/2 mile away... They used these super duper cameras to follow / control it.. it was cool.. he had a full size steering wheel shifter and pedals in the console where they controlled it from.. was pretty bad a$$.
