sandawg
Had a blast boondocking with a small group in a mass of old retired Rv'ers. Flea Markets massive booths and shows from A to B for Rv follks. found time to ride the Rhno around the area and in the mountains. Old man drove off a pull off just before I came up a wash next to Dome Rock Road west of Quartzsite. sandawg
An old guy pulled off the side of the road in a pull out and didn't see the edge.....DUH! I was in a wash in the Rhino and came on it this way! Too much RV stuff to see. Blocks and blocks of booths. I couldn't even walk them all in a week if I chose too. Several Huge flea markets too. We started the process with Mikes manager. We'll see what they have to offer. Still not sure how I want to do it. Every one should do it at least once. People camping alll over the BLM land and in too many RV parks to count. I'd do it again. Good new group of folks that know Rocket and Booster. Bob and Carolyn, Mostly retired cops! Utah and Arizona licences their off road stuff so they are all over the roads too. Lots to see off road too, and a bunch of trails to ride. White Rhino
That Place is fun. Been the last few years (not this one) lots of RVshizzz. Fun to walk around. You'd need 2 weeks easy to see it all. Huge!!!
desertskyz
One of the gals I work with said they had a blast too. All the ole folks walk around with their little dogs in strollers. Miles of booths and stuff. So now we affectionately call it the Burning Man for Blue Hairs. Can't wait to go sometime. Blue Hair Burning Man :ahhhhh:

sandawg
How did you know where to park. I understand it can people can be very territorial. Our group already had the spot. Who's gonna mess with a bunch of retired cops anyway? Edited January 27, 2012 by sandawg

sandawg
That's a fact. Anywhere on BLM land is open to camping. If you look close at the pictures I tried to let people see where people were. The're everywhere!!
