aceisback Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 First trip of the season just ended a couple of hours ago. Left August 24th for Coral Pink, 27th headed over to Little Sahara, then up to St. Anthony on the 29th. Had an awesome seventh DS Days in a row and can't wait til next year to do it all over again. Although it will only be Little Sahara next year. Had a bunch of use or lose leave so 17 days off for a once in a lifetime trip with my youngest son. We did up Yellowstone while we were up there and wanted to do the Tetons but the smoke from all of the fires out west had the visibility down very low. Plus i will have to answer to the wife after Oct. 11th... man that is scary. lol Anyone down for day tripping if we can find decent temps? We are out for this weekend as well. Mike will be back in China, unless I can find a camp to take in a straggler. Looks like our first trip will now be Halloween. obvondw Posted September 28, 2012 Share Posted September 28, 2012 (edited) Wifey and I will be up either LATE Friday night or EARLY Saturday morning. Leaving on Tuesday. So call it Oct 6, 7, 8 and 9. Temps are forecast for a high of about 90. I'll also be back up a few days later with the guys for the weekend of the 12th. We missed our trip last April, so have to get it in now.
