I installed a SSV Stage 3 system in a XP this past weekend and the woofer played for a while, then when we went to play it again, it did not work. I tested a few things to find that the woofer has actually stopped working, but had no visible damage. Talked to Sam and he did not have one in stock, but said he would call his supplier in the am and give me a call. Sam true to his word, called me in the am and is having his supplier drop ship a new woofer to me next day air. This guy is super helpful and stepped up to fix something that was not his fault, but wanted to take care of his customer.
