ngoodey
Hey I have a friend that has a food truck here in Pahrump. They have their license and everything for Nevada from the health dept.. I was talking to them about coming out to Dumont for holidays and they want to but don't know what they have to do. I know they have to get a permit but do they need to get an inspection for CA or San Bern County to serve food? Any help would be greatly appreciated. They have the best pulled pork and philly cheesesteak on the planet.
Jakster884
Give this a try. BLM:Routine matters call (760) 252-6000 Emergencies call (888) 233-6561 or (909) 383-5651 The link is not working. I will see if I can find the correct one.

Adam @ GTP Off Road
call BLM and ask for Rusty. You have to get the permit, and have the right insurance. You have to pay for the days you want to vend. For food you have to jump through the hoops for California, but BLM can get the right info for that. Doghouse
and they (health dept) will also dictate to you where you can buy your food (the commissary). They'll also tell you the days you can vend (you can't just go out and vend like parts vendors or t-shirt vendors). You must also be self sufficient, they'll educate you on that as well. consider bringing a living quarters trlr or moho.
