2004 Nomad Rampage 217 24'

I am selling my 2004 Nomad Rampage 217. It is 24' long with a 14' garage in the back. It is well cared for and needs nothing except for a new owner. Recent work that has been done on it is:
- 4 new Tires with warranty from Discount Tire
- 2 new batteries
- Carburetor Replaced not rebuilt on the generator (runs great)
- Thick rubber mat added to the garage area to protect the floor from toys.

One thing that is nice about this trailer is that the queen size bed is in the back and retracts (manually) to the ceiling. This makes for both a larger garage and a larger bathroom for this size trailer because it relocated the bathroom to the front.

It does have an on board 4kw onan generator that runs great and is fueled through the on 25 gallon on board fuel station. (Has a handle and pump to use to fill toys)

It has a 118 Gallon tank for fresh water and half of that for both black and grey. It also has a cd/am/FM with outdoor speakers mounted behind doors on the outside of the trailer on the awning side.

Everything works on it (hot water heater, stove, microwave, a/c, heat, stereo, refrigerator, and toilet) and it needs nothing but a new owner. The only thing it needs is two brackets for the awning to be able to be deployed (can fix before I sell if needed)

It has electric brakes and a GVW of 9000lbs. It also includes an anti-sway / load leveling hitch that will help if you are towing it with a 1/2 ton pickup truck. It tows very nice and I wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere in the country as it sits. here are some measurements of the interior. Wheel wells to ramp 60"
