higheroctane69
I'm looking to put some new 4pt belts in the rhino. What is an affordable good belt. I am looking for some belts that I go around the seats so that I can take seats out quick and easy to check oil and airfilter ect... My current belts go through seats and are a pain to take apart just to get to motor for maintenance issues. I seen some at the sand show though didn's see any that I thought were a good price. ynot
Don't get cheap on safety items like belts. Simpson, Crow and lot's of other safety companies make good products and they are all around the same price. The reason is that what it cost to build them so they hold up if they are ever needed. Don't forget to add the submarine belt while your doing the 4 point, there cheap and a life saver. I have seen to many people slide out of the 4 points plus the sub belts keep the lap belts on your hips and do not allow them to ride up and cause internal injuries if something were to happen. While we are on the subject look into either arm or wrist restraints, they save all kinds of valuable body parts in SXS and sand car accidents. higheroctane69
Thanks for the advice . I will get the extra submarine strap. I will check out those brands. What size do you prefer? I was looking at the three inch but have had smaller ones that I liked too. I'm mostly looking for some to easy access motor and have decent comfort without compromising safety. In the razor had 2" tops and 3" waist straps. I like Crow but thew Simpson's D3'are nice since you only have to buckle the waist belts and the sub strap. The shoulderbelts are already secured onto the waist straps. Down side to them is if you are just cruising and only want to wear lap belt you can't.
