P-rot
What lights do I need to convert the interior and running light to LED? Yes I know I could just walk out to my trailer and look, but that would be a very long walk!! I'm stuck at work for the next week and a half 413.6 miles (that's not exaggeration that's exact! lol) away from it. I pulled a bulb from an inside light and a running light but left them at home
dunefreak
The single terminal bulbs are 1156 bulbs. You just need to get the equivalent LED bulb which are these. http://www.ebay.com/itm/10x-1156-BA15S-382-White-68-SMD-LED-RV-Trailer-Turn-Tail-Back-up-light-Lamp-Bulb-/161476732742?hash=item2598c36746:g:gnQAAOSwmUdUXRpf&vxp=mtr
P-rot
Thank you Dunefreak!!! Any idea on the clearance, door light or flood lights?
dunefreak
They are just about the same size. I doubt you'll have any issues.
bp-guy
I did mine on the interior, not a big fan of the color of the lights Make sure you don't go with the whites, get more of the yellow color if you can

Vegas FX400
Just for clarification...those are for outside AND inside lights ?
P-rot
the 1156 is the inside lights and the small outside lights, the door light, big compartment light, front light, and driver's side light. Still don't know what the running light number is or the big flood lights on the passenger and rear, I got side tracked getting everything ready for presidents day. My 31 foot WW LE took 23 lights to do the inside and the entrance light. Still need to get 3 more bulbs for the front, big compartment and driver's side lights

P-rot
Amazon LED vs stock incandescent LED on left stock on right Very very happy with the change!!!! Didn't "have" to run the generator at all for the batteries, just for the microwave and air compressor

nightime
I went with the flat panels also. They have 48 LEDs on each panel. I colored the inside leds with a yellow marker pin...lol...looks good! I put them in the outside lights also with amber glass. I mounted four lights on the door side of the trailer... used an outside switch on two of the single 48 led housings to power/switch the 94 led lights next to them. It took about a foot of wire in the wall to switch power to each 96 led light. I now have low, med & high beam of light. And no bugs with amber!
