How is AT&T at Dumont these days?

Looking at new phone carrier plans and taking all things into consideration. How is AT&T phone/text/ data coverage out at Dumont?

I've heard it's not great or spotty at best.

Like you said, spotty. Presidents weekend my buddy (AT&T) had to drive to the north pole and wait for an important call because for some reason that's the only place be got service. I've had Verizon forever and get service everywhere that other carriers dont. Including the Dumont camping area.

I've got Verizon too and the service is usually great out there. I'm just trying to shop around. I pay a ton for our cell phones.

We have AT& T and its def spotty out there. We got service out past superbowl heading out towards back way to north pole.

AT&T is all but useless out there, stick with Verizon

I bought a throwaway Verizon phone from Walmart for 15 bucks and it comes with 30 mins of airtime. You can then add time to it whenever you go out. The mins expire after 30 days unless you add more time every month, a min of 15 bucks but its a great thing to have in an emergency.
