There is a site I just found and have heard of before where you can list your stolen bikes on:

I'm against all this theft big time cause it happened to me and it keeps happening to lots of other people. Might want to check it out.

The site only works if people go and view the atv descriptions. otherwise, only the people who list will check out who else is unlucky. Its a good idea that needs more pub. Maybe as part of an atv classified site. JMO.
