I think one of my biggest pet peaves is slower traffic in the right lane that refuses to get over no matter what. I hate having to pass on the right....... More info. It would be the trademark that would protect that statement. Just like "got sand?". That is trademarked so if anyone else used it to market clothing, stickers or whatever said "got sand?" technically the owner could sue them if he wanted it. In short, a trademark is someone's name/brand. What can be trademarked? Word(s), word(s) plus design, trade dress, packaging, sound, slogans, smell, service mark, geographic marks, collective marks, certification marks, and family marks.
