raptorgirl
We always go, looking forward to some good deals. And some people watching...by the end of the day you really get a good show watching all the drunk fools stumbling around. The guys get more drunk and the girls start wearing less clothing. Richard Cheese
and the girls start wearing less clothing. great, now my wife's not gonna let me go :porn:
raptorgirl
Be prepared, since you're also fom Bakersfield you know what the drunk folks look like at the Kern County Fair . Well most of the girls at the SSSS wear less and have bigger Ta-Ta's and aren't afraid to show them, especially after knocking back a few. :porn: and maybe your wife should go along with you, there really is tons of stuff to look at and some great deals. When we went a couple years ago we ended up packing our truck down with tons of stuff. And now having said that, have fun and take lots of pictures. dunefreak
I can't wait for the show this year. Anna & I are leaving early afternoon Friday so we can get checked in to our hotel and get to the show on Friday when it opens. That way we can see most the stuff before the giant crowds on Saturday. Saturday is always good for checking stuff out, saying hi to some fellow vendors/ friends and doing some of this---> I hope I can find some new riding gear for cheap this year. I have the same riding pants from about 5 years ago still! :freakin_nuts: I paid 130 dollars for them so I'm getting every dollar's worth out of them still. :freakin_nuts:
raptorgirl
We're only going Saturday. And we are also in need for some gear, we need a couple new helmets and gas cans. And we always find some gloves, shirts, and goodies.

Richard Cheese
so just going for one day isn't very smart???
raptorgirl
We only go for one day but we get there early and don't leave until it's closing. There are a lot of buildings to go through and a lot of stuff outside of buildings. There are contests and giveaways. And it takes a lot of your time when you keep stopping to talk to someone about thier product. Lots of companies there showing off thier stuff. Check this out: www.sandsportssupershow.com and you can check out who the exhibitors are.
Mr. Edgy
so just going for one day isn't very smart??? If you plan on being there when the gates open and staying late into the day... you should be able to cover the whole place. However....it has gotten bigger over the years and there are many more attendees.
high octane junkie
If you plan on being there when the gates open and staying late into the day... you should be able to cover the whole place. However....it has gotten bigger over the years and there are many more attendees. i get there when the gates open and see everything, quickly mind you, in about four hours.. i like to see what everyone has to offer before i purchase anything. i eat, and then i go back through everything and purchase the stuff i want and take photo's as necessary. my gf loses about ten pounds on this day, gripes about her sore legs, and curses at me the whole drive home.
