HappyHour
Hey everybody, Just wondering if they are just widening the crossing, or are they actually building a bridge type deal to go over the water when it gets high? My buddy flooded his storage compartments a couple of years ago crossing that river which is why I'm asking. Thanks and you guys ROCK............. ynot
It has just been widened. If you change the way the water crosses you would have had to cut or remove the existing crossing and then dig out the area for culverts. That is expensive and with the debris that can flow down the river and idiots who would put large rocks in the culverts, :whacky101: it was just widened. I also think we would have gotten into enviromental issues (studies, permits BS etc) had we done the culvert.
