MoparMan
As a new rail owner I was wondering how everyone keeps their rails so clean at home and in the dunes
dunefreak
I first blow out all the sand from the seats and cracks w/ a blow gun and then just wash it like I wash my truck w/ a sponge and bucket of soapy water. I just be careful not to spray the seats w/ water. Once I wipe down the car w/ a towel to dry it I just use Simple Green and a terry cloth or towel to detail everthing else like the A-arms and small stuff. ynot
Same as Pete blow all the dirt/sand off that I can. Then I use a Ca. duster to wipe it down and go over all the frame and a-arms with a soft towel. I do not use Water and soap.
trickyLS-2racer
I have always used air and a california duster to wipe down the panels and the most of the car. Then i use meguires quick detailer and a microfiber towel to wipe down all of the frame and chrome!! Wax the body panel every couple of trips also!!!!
