MCGYVER
Everyone cross your fingers that the wind blows out west/north the weekend, i remember a few yrs. ago, there was a wild fire in the area, and dunes were smoked over. I hope everyone gets through this mess ok, alot of people displaced, whole thing is just sux. Alot of road closures , thousands homeless. What a mess. Anybody hear anything about the air quality in the area ??????

The news says that winds are going to reverse and we'll be having an "onshore flow". That means all the crap that got blown out to sea is going to be blown back and drop right on us. Don't wash your cars for a week or two.

dunefreak
Great!.....but does anybody know what the barometer, humidity, visibilty and dewpoint will be like??? I don't know if it will be quite badass enough for me to come out. Ya just never know these days. Maybe I'll stay home instead. If there aren't perfect weather conditions, there isn't good enough reason to go have fun in the sand and get drunk with friends! riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight
