busa boy
If you were going to build a quad that could really haul some A$$ up any hill what would it be? Your choices are between a banshee and a custom built quad that has a hayabusa 1300 in it. Let me note that the engine and frame modifications that you are allowed to make on it are unlimited. I would defiantly take the hayabusa, considering that it has a stock horsepower that is about the same as 7 or 10mm banshee.
powerhouse
the busa would get you a crowd , but no matter how much you try , its still going to have a two cylinder banshee kicking its a$$ !! so I would do the banshee motor !! duneshredder911
I dont think there is enough hill for a busa to have an advantage on the shee! banshees are quick!

busa boy
I don’t know about you guys but I would sure as Sh$T bet my money on the busa, especially if they were racing at sand mountain. That would give the busa more than enough time to get its turbo really going. Then the banshee would have it’s a$$ handed to him.
powerhouse
so you have one now , what mph do you pull at sand mountain ??

busa boy
The most HP I’ve seen in a busa was 701, and you put that in a quad that weighs (I’ll be generous) 600 Lbs. you have an amazing HP to weigh ratio. And I wouldn’t say 1/10 the money if you built it your self it would be a ton cheaper, and you wouldn’t be tinkering and rebuilding with your engine all the time because you dealing with a 4 stroke. And was that race with the 560 busa vs. 16mm at Sand Mountain?

powerhouse
somone's blowing smoke up your a$$. that is a very fast bike ! but the 18 mill owned by Jimmy @ JM motorsports beat him , and more than 1 time , with out anything wrong with the bike !!! I am aware of the trans problems and others , thats why I build Banshees ! that's alot of money to make excuses for ...................................................... and yes, in a 1/4 mile race the busa will be faster but why race that far love Dan Edited November 17, 2007 by powerhouse
