dunefreak
For the most part, it's gonna be busy and crowded anywhere you park on a holiday weekend. The less crowded areas are out by bathroom 9 and the little dunes. You still have to deal with the crowd in the sand though.
mineurbiz
B14 on the grid map worked pretty good for us on Halloween with small children!!
indasand
KID'S GETTING OLDER .BUT WANT TO KEEP THEM STILL SAFE!!! For Halloween we parked around B -3 if you look at the map. It was fine except for the ocasional drag race. You still need to keep an eye on kids no matter what though. My boys rode in small dunes on the way to the north pole. and look no crazy neighbors... dunefreak
IS THIER OTHER ROUT'S WE CAN TAKE BESIDES.THE FINGER AT B-6 TO GET TO B-3 yeah, you'll just have to cut to the left before you get to that area and drive between camps is all. If you just stay to the left though and as far as possible from the finger you should be fine. It's the fools that always drive right through the SOFT sand off the end of the finger that get stuck. indasand
I meant to say B minus 3 (off the map to the north) not B-3 Or in other words we drive to old vendor row turn left and keep going until we find a somewhat private/safe riding area for the kids... something like that..........
