TRX 250 EX Jetting

So I bought bigtruckdrmr (Tami) a jet kit for the quad.

I already pulled the spark arrester out of the stock pipe and I got her the K&N.

I just want to know if I should run the ones for the aftermarket pipe or the for the stock pipe.

It's a Dynojet kit if it matters.
