Bigdaddy331
Just checking to see how often you guys are REALLY servicing your CVs. How often do YOU service them? How often are you SUPPOSED to service them? And what are you using? It would also be nice to know if anyone has any tricks or processes that make the chore easier. Thanks! JoeDuner
I do mine once a year. I pull them apart and inspect them. Then I use 1/2 swepco and 1/2 belray cv grease. I tried the Cat Desert Gold, it seemed to work good, but it was alittle thin and migrated out of the boots more.
bp-guy
Atleast once a season for sure and two times if under heavy abuse or many trips to the desert. Same grease method here as Joe Duner. Sure its dirty work but well worth the ease of mind knowing your stuff is ok.
Bigdaddy331
I'm using the same products as both of you. BellRay in the cups and Swepco in the CVs. I figured once a season on the average. thanks!
