Our pool went from 65 to 78 in two days. Cost less than running a pool heater :shocked2: Edited April 13, 2008 by ltr450
britincali
Im not good at taking care of things and I know if I drop $100 on a solar blanket it will end up in a dusty pile in the corner of my yard ripped and sun bleached :shocked2: I got a new hayward heater about 2 years ago through my home warranty company, they installed a big expensive one. It really aint that bad to run, I can run it off and on all month and it bumps the gas bill under $100 a month. The old one I replaced used to cost a fortune!!!!!! Once my pools up to 78-82 it tends to stay there all summer without any input. Edited April 13, 2008 by britincali
Kitcat
Went for a ride yesterday with some friends at the dry lake beds near Boulder City. Then bbq'd and hung out at the pool! :swim:
