dumont1978
Hello! I'm looking into a policy for my sandrail and would like to get some recommendations. Thanks!
dunefreak
I have had great luck with Allstate!
raspadoo
Foremost here, never had to use them on rail but were really easy to deal with when the moho got sandblasted!
CaptNkllm
We have State Farm on ours... told them what to insure it for and was real simple...never used it yet lol Capt
dunefreak
Unfortunatley I DID use mine, but I can say it was one of the smoothest processed claims I have ever had.
jackpunx
A rail is considerd an offroad vehicle righ? can you get full coverage..Like if you bust an a arm or is it just for collisions? that would be rad if you could get motor and trany coverage..LOL

The policy is a recreational policy, just like a boat. I have full coverage for liability, medical, collision, comprehensive, etc. So a broken arm would actually be covered from what I understand. As far as motor and trans....uhhhhh....NO. That WOULD be badass though!

dunefreak
\ do you mind if I ask how much it is on average and what it coverd for you? Pm the answer if it has anything to do with midgets.. no problem. I have $25K coverage (which is actually 3K less than the car new but whatever) and it's 129.00 per month for six months. That is coverage for one year though so I guess that averages out to like $65/ month if you average it out over 12 months. :porn:
CaptNkllm
Mine is full coverage also @ 50,000.00 full replacement. Runs about 70.00 or 75.00 a month with my other vehicle insurance. Capt
Noozeyeguy
I have State Farm on all the toys, runs me about $45/mo on the rail (full liability, $1k comp/collision) and about $100/year on each quad. I'm not worried so much about damage to the toys, I want to make sure I'm covered for damaging any people. I don't want anybody using my $$$ to make any more "Larry H Parker got me $3 million" commercials...
