ltr450rider
Helloo!!!!! FRAUD!!!!! Forgery is a felony!! Find an attorney and press charges. Not only will she do time, but she will have to pay restitution!!! Get your money back!!! Sorry to hear about your situation. Hope you can get everything cleared up with the Warrior, the bank might be willing to do something since the market is so bad right now. But..... seriously, look into pressing charges against her on the forgery thing. That's just WRONG. +900,000. Don't ignore, prosecute! dinicolady
:ah: Sorry Steve, that is pretty effen funny though..... I've also heard the story (don't know if it's true or not) of a disgruntled ex sticking raw shrimp inside the curtain rods before leaving her house to her cheating ex-husband..... They could never figure out where the stench was coming from, so he and his new girlfriend sold the house, but they insisted on taking all the window treatments (curtains) with them.....sooo....needless to say the new house smelled like a$$ too!!! I heard that story too!! <Quite the clever hiding place in my opinion> What goes around, comes around. Well I don't have a crazy X story. Luckily mine just up & split and I never saw her ever EVER again. I took it pretty hard at the time, but it only made me that much stronger of a person. Ends up it was the best damn thing that ever happened to me. Without her bailing out of my life, I probably would have never met the coolest damn woman in the world....Anna monkie. I'm SO glad it worked out that way. ALL things happen for a reason!!

Raptor661
After reading some of these stories I dont feel so bad...in the 4 months ive lost 1) my house 2) my kid 3) my visitation for my son 4) 70% of my GROSS income (which at 3500 a month, plus taxes and benifits come out of my half). It says right in my paperwork they cant legally take more than 52% but I guess the courts can do what ever they want. 5) everything in the house...I got a 13 inch tv and half my clothes The messed up thing is I paid her child support, I have proof that I paid it (from over a year ago when we split up the first time). I never missed one payment with her or my daughters mom and I still have to pay her back child support from the year we lived together and I was supporting her! The court granted it with out ever even contacting me. Now im almost 10k in the hole in back child support because we never droped the order when we got back togehter a year ago. I even gave her money that I didnt have to trying to help her out and this is how I get re-paid... I look at it this way. Im 27..I have a old truck that im making payments on, a buggy I built from the ground up, a quad and a few little pit bikes (that were givin to me, lol). What else do I need? DarbyCrash
Geez, it never ends. I have to vent some more. Today was our 6 visit for child support. The state is doing such a wonderful job of collecting and adjustments we get to go back every 3 months. For some reason she never bothers to show up but I guess because the last time the judge said he would issue a bench warrent if she didn't appear, so she came today. Oodles of joy. The Lies continue. She has been collecting unemployment for 18 months and has no luck finding a job even though she is looking everyday. She has 1 room mate that she remembered ( I confirmed with the judge she has 2 and she finally admitted it) however she only gets $400 per month per room in a huge house (funny everybody else in the area gets at least $600-800) Oh and they use $150 in electricity. There is ever so much more but the best part was, after we walked out of the courtroom (not the court house) her genious new husband decided he wanted to get in a fight right outside in the hall. You guys have no idea how hard it was to turn around, go tell the officer and request his assitence. The husband boogied before the officer and I got into the hall. Then I saw them outside and I just had to walk by and see if I could get another response from Dummy. I got it and told the officers in the courtyard that "he is threatening me" In a way, I feel good that I stepped up and did the right thing and requested officer assistence. I would love to see the little pecker making new friends in a 12 X 8 cell. If I was to take the guy out, I would probably lose the kids. However, bieng a man, and a discharged member of the USMC Security Force Battalion. It was one of the hardest things I've had to walk away from and tell. By the way, he thinks I'm a . I do have a reason for sharing this. Guys, protecting your dignity and manhood only goes so far. There is a time and a place for everything. In a courthouse is not the place. And if you are in public, there will be witnesses. Patience is a must when it comes to the idiots in life. Payback is a MOFO

tkriley
[ Trust me when I tell you married guys/gals out there "it's cheaper to keep 'em" you know why they say it cost so much "CAUSE IT IS WORTH IT"my son`s mom was a real peach fuggin tweaker.but in a way THANK GOD cause i got custody of him when i was 19 or 20 but she had left him to me @ 3 months old, when i realized the great idea i had about doing the right and marrying her was OVER..i had to grow up fast but i was the one at fault.it wasnt like he said hey i want to be born to a couple of 18 year olds.but thankfully it all worked out cause now i have one of the best wifes a guy could ask for.i think what goes around comes around.it will get better with time and i`m sure your probably getting tired of hearing that one,but its true.good luck @ least the dumb court system didnt give her custody on top of everything else you`d be paying child support to a woman that probably would used it on her or whatever instead of the kids. Darbycrash....get a restraining order the next time you go to court and request that you each leave seperately escorted by an officer or the bailiff. That's usually how they do it here in Nevada for nasty domestic cases. Good luck. Edited August 15, 2008 by Crasher

And if you are in public, there will be witnesses. Patience is a must when it comes to the idiots in life. Payback is a MOFO Haha, sounds like we have more in common. My ex-father-in-law, threatened my life in the courtroom just out of ear shot of the court officer and way out of ear range from the judge. The officer could do nothing about the threat since he hadn't heard it. Further, I was ordered by the court (when I took physical custody of my son) to pick my son up from her lawyers office at an arranged time. When I show, her mother and new husband/boyfriend decided it would be a great idea to try to start a fight with me right in the parking lot of her lawyers office. I reminded her lawyer's paralegal that I had just called the cops, and if my ex-wife's lawyer didn't handle the situation that her (the paralegal) and my ex-wife's lawyer would be explaining to the judge why my son was being forced to listen to the crap being said on thier premises and not controling the situation as ordered by the judge. That quickly got her and the lawyer moving to stop the crap! I really feel your pain man, really! Good luck! I have roughly 6 more years until Trey turns 18, at which point I'll tell them all to go to H3LL. But, until he is of legal age, I'm not going to do anything that would give them fuel to start even more crap in court. Whiz
