Sandpirates2
Driving trucks back in 73, the price to fill up 2-50 gallon saddle tanks was a mere $28.00 or .28 cents a gallon..... The Tax alone today exceeds per gallon costs. :black: Hey Jason - Dont know if you've seen this web-site about Diesel Pricing Index Breakouts http://www.eia.doe.gov/bookshelf/brochures/diesel/ SP2 Mike Edited October 10, 2008 by Sandpirates2

White Rhino
HMMM they MAY be some truth to that, that is one of the reasons copper is up, as well as steel, making almost everything more expensive. China is using and building like mad.... well little Chinese people. be interesting how this economy down turn down will effect China?? wingnut
oil is at 79 dollars a barrel right now Doesn't matter. OPEC already said they're cutting production to keep the prices up. We won't see huge price drops at the pumps.

dunefreak
I think it was 2.76 tonight. I can't believe how cheap it was to fill my dmax up. :ah: I had to keep trying to pump more in, but it REALLY was full at that price! It's been a while since I have filled it up for that much.
