foolofsand
Yeah the gears tend to wear out or swell up and bind. I just replaced mine 2 seasons ago. one could also just loosen the bolts after each trip and drain the little bit of gas out so it will be dry. could also lube . i may find a way to put a little spigot on the aluminum plate and drain with that. sounds like too much work but nothing like having no fuel when arrive at dunes etc. i shouldnt complain since the th is a 2007 and this if first time. loosing the bolts made it work again but i also took out and sanded down the sides. it really works better than before i think, pump seems faster.
