MAXDOUT
Just like all of our homes... -Sandrails... -Rhino's (Side by sides)... -Toyhaulers... We are all screwed. :moon: Damn it Unfortunatly your home is worth 1/2. Your top doller rail is worth 1/2. Your peice of crap farm equipment is worth 1/2. :porn: And your second home, (toyhauler) is worth a freakin 1/4 of what you paid. :drunk2: All we can do, is suck it up guys. It will turn around. Maybe....God damn bankers..................
dunefreak
:porn: :moon: wahhh Well luckily, even with the crappy economy and lower values of everything... -my home still has plenty of equity -all my toys are paid for -the D Max is getting very close to being paid off -I have been managing to pay down some debt - and still have some beer and dune trip money left over. I don't plan on selling a thing anytime soon so none of this matters much to me right now. I've actually BOUGHT 2 new toys since everything went down in value. yiah yiah

I've actually BOUGHT 2 new toys since everything went down in value. yiah yiah The only reason I was able to retire was that everything I have is paid for, except my house. I bought it 20 yrs ago and it has raised in value 5 times because I have an acre. A payment of $700 a month is doable. This was a result of my over extending myself some 35 yrs ago when I was drag racing and spending money I didn't have. We tore up our credit cards and lived within our means for many years. I did without sometimes, and when I wanted another toy I had to sell something I didn't want to. It worked. To many peope got used to making the big bucks amd thinking everything would stay the same. Big surprise. I am truley sorry for the people that are suffering, but I would rather be lucky than good. I consider myself lucky and maybe, just maybe, not as stupid as some thought I was.
